K letu patria nevšedné zážitky, príroda aj objavovanie nepoznaného. V sobotu 1. augusta 2026 ožije hrad Devín svetom krásnych dám, udatných rytierov a príbehov z čias konfrontácií kultúr. Čaká vás deň plný šermiarskych predstavení, orientálnych tancov, kúziel aj historických príbehov – od slovanských legiend až po hrdinov protitureckých bojov.
Vrcholom programu bude uhorský rytiersky turnaj inšpirovaný obdobím Žitavského mieru, ktorý prinesie napínavé jazdecké výkony a šermiarske súboje. Atmosféru doplní recitál dobovej hudby, prózy a poézie a veľkolepý záverečný ceremoniál.
Po celý deň sa môžete tešiť na stredoveké kratochvíle: lukostreľbu, kuše, vrhanie nožov, jazdu na koni, detské hry, remeselné stánky aj občerstvenie. Poďte s nami prežiť skvelý letný deň na Devíne!

Summer is a time for extraordinary experiences, nature and discovering the unknown. On Saturday, 1 August 2026, Devín Castle will come alive with the world of noble ladies, brave knights and stories from times of cultural encounters. Visitors can look forward to a day full of sword-fighting performances, oriental dances, magic and historical tales — from Slavic legends to the heroes of the anti-Ottoman wars.
The highlight of the programme will be a Hungarian knightly tournament inspired by the period of the Peace of Zsitvatorok, featuring thrilling horseback performances and sword-fighting duels. The atmosphere will be complemented by a recital of period music, prose and poetry, followed by a grand closing ceremony.
Throughout the day, visitors can enjoy medieval pastimes such as archery, crossbows, knife throwing, horseback riding, children’s games, craft stalls and refreshments. Come and spend a wonderful summer day with us at Devín Castle!
